It's time to get social

You may have noticed that we have been a lot more active on social media recently…

Back in July 2017, we recruited a social media manager to lead Drumbeat’s social strategy. From there, we’ve worked with our new team member, Beth, to set up a social media arm to our business. So, we are extremely excited to announce that we now offer a range of social media packages, including: set-up, strategy and management.   

Our first social media appointment came from our long-standing client, MediaCityUK. After working with the team at MediaCityUK to support their design output and of course, build them a brand-new website, it seemed natural to embark on our new social media venture with them. 

Aiming to grow their accounts and drive awareness of the commercial opportunities at MediaCityUK, we initially agreed to a 3 month trial period. We’re incredibly happy to report that MediaCityUK went on to extend their contract to 12 months, meaning that we shall be managing their social strategy until 2019. 

Although this project may be relatively new, we have already hit many milestones that we are very proud of.

We’ve increased engagement by:

  • 160% on Twitter,

  • 122% on Facebook

  • 101% on Instagram

In addition to this, we have reached 1.2 million Twitter impressions in the month of March alone.
