— Hatbox is the second phase of the Milliners Wharf residential development in Ancoats, Manchester.

Developers Fairbriar Homes (part of Scarborough Group) wanted to link to the first phase but give Hatbox it’s own identity and feel. We developed a colourful, inviting and vibrant campaign to attract homeowners and investors to the new phase. Creative focused on individuality, flexibility, personality and opportunity – befitting of the development’s benefits for both investors and apartment owner-buyers. 

 

 

Our work included the branding and website, brochure, investor packs, emailers, environmental signage, taxi wraps and promotional items.
