— Drumbeat is retained by Manchester Life, a partnership between the Abu Dhabi United Group and Manchester City Council who are focusing on creating exciting, desirable, residential developments to complement Manchester as it expands.

Our work for them has included the development of a new website, advertising, hoarding and signage as well as collateral for apartment rentals.

Part of their portfolio is the sensitive redevelopment of the world’s oldest steam powered cotton mill, Murrays’ Mills in Ancoats. Once the beating heart of industrial Manchester, this revitalised neighbourhood is being transformed into one of the most exciting residential areas in the city today, with Murrays’ Mills its most prestigious development.

Taking subtle design leads from the building’s former life – such as stitch patterns and cotton bobbins, we created a slip case brochure featuring commissioned photography and copywriting which was handed out to prospective purchasers. The scheme has to date been extremely successful with each release of apartments all being reserved within a matter of days.

DRUMBEAT’S INSIGHT AND EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN INVALUABLE IN MARKETING OUR FIRST DEVELOPMENT, WITH 100% OFF-PLAN SALES ACHIEVED.
